Folk Art
Whimsical, western folk paintings on upcycled grocery bags. Making old things new.
Meet the artist
Cassie
I’ve always been drawn to texture and patina: the way something feels in the hand and the way it looks in the mind’s eye. I turn overlooked materials into something that matters, because I believe nothing is too far gone.
Old things carry stories of lives already lived, which is part of why I’m drawn to the West, where grit comes from making the best of what you have.
